$: Membership Advisors have an opportunity to bonus each month by reaching their sales targets. This bonus is a potential $400 - $700+ per month. Job Profile The Membership Advisor drives membership growth and promotes Kinective's services to prospective members. This role involves direct interaction with prospects, identifying fitness goals, and recommending memberships aligned with individual needs while building lasting relationships rooted in empathy and trust. Key Responsibilities Proactively reach out to potential members and promote Kinective's membership options and fitness services Guide prospects in selecting memberships aligned with their goals and lifestyle Consistently meet or exceed membership sales targets Build lasting relationships through empathetic, member-centered communication Collaborate with sales and management teams to enhance satisfaction and retention Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings Maintain accurate interaction and sales records in CRM Candidate Profile The ideal Membership Advisor is personable, empathetic, and highly motivated. They are passionate about fitness and excel at building trust-based relationships while confidently driving membership sales.
Hard Skills Education :
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience :
1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness or hospitality
CRM :
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
Product Knowledge :
Knowledge of fitness programs and membership structures is a plus Soft Skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Strong communication and persuasive abilities to convert leads into members Collaborative and team-oriented approach to achieving sales targets Strategic mindset for upselling and cross-selling services Energetic, confident, and goal-oriented with a passion for fitness Highly organized, resilient, and detail-focused
