Experience:
Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the wellness, home essentials, or lifestyle product industries.
Education:
High school Diploma is required per policy
Language:
English required (Spanish is a plus) to communicate with clients and staff

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. (if applicable in a retail or field-based setting). As a Sales Representative at Breeze Essentials LLC, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and promoting our product lines to new and existing customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and closing sales to achieve individual and company sales goals. You will also assist customers in finding products that best meet their needs, providing excellent customer service, and building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and them into loyal customers by showcasing our product range, including home essentials, wellness, and lifestyle products.
Customer Engagement:
Actively engage with customers both in-person (if applicable) and over the phone or online to understand their needs, recommend products, and drive sales.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of Breeze Essentials' product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and close sales.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, handling concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed personal sales targets, KPIs, and contribute to team sales goals.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct product demonstrations, virtual or in-person, to highlight product value and capabilities.
Follow-Up:
Maintain communication with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Reporting & Feedback:
Provide regular feedback on customer preferences, sales trends, and competitor activities to assist the sales team in refining sales strategies.
Market Research:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to keep the sales approach fresh and effective.
