El Paso, TX Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We Are Hiring! - Hybrid Sales Representative (In-Store & Field) Are you a proactive, well-spoken individual who loves closing deals both behind the counter and out in the field? This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a key Hybrid Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to customers visiting our store, while actively growing the local market through outside prospecting and lead generation. Key Responsibilities In-Store (40%): Greet, assist, and advise customers visiting the store, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper product display on the sales floor. Process payments, handle cash management, and assist with basic inventory control.
Field / Outside
Sales (60%): Prospect and identify new clients Promote our products/visit to construction areas, cold calling, or scheduled visits. Follow up on quotes and close negotiations outside the store. What Profile Are We Looking For?
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in sales (ideally a mix of customer service, retail, field sales, door-to-door, or commission-based sales).
Key Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent customer service attitude, empathy, and high energy. Self-motivated and proactive (capable of working independently in the field).
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work retail hours and perform field activities. (Optional - add if applicable) Valid driver's license or own vehicle.
