Commission only, uncapped, with residual income on repeat referral business About the role Best Option Restoration helps homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. We are growing across Northeast Texas and we are looking for one driven person to own referral and business development in our territory. This is not a call-center job and it is not cold knocking on doors all day. Your job is to build and keep relationships with the people who send restoration work our way: plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and facility contacts. You bring the relationships, we deliver the work and take care of the customer, and you get paid every time a job you sourced gets completed and collected. What you will do Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and commercial accounts across our territory Run a consistent field cadence: in-person visits, drop-bys, lunch-and-learns, and follow-up Generate and qualify your own opportunities, then hand off cleanly to our production team Keep your pipeline, contacts, and follow-ups updated in our CRM (this is part of the job, not an afterthought, because it is how you get paid accurately and how relationships do not fall through the cracks) Represent the brand professionally in the field and at local events What we offer Uncapped commission.
