Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Bilingual Internet Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with online leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals while delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a fluent Spanish speaker with a background in sales and a passion for building client relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities Lead Management:
Respond to and engage with inbound online customer inquiries promptly in both English and Spanish.
Sales Execution:
Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial digital contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
Outbound Communication:
Conduct follow-up calls and text/email campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
CRM Utilization:
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
Customer Service:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about current inventory, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Experience Language:
Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Required) .
Sales Experience:
Proven track record in sales, dealership operations, or high-end retail sales.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication platforms.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Drive:
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
