$15-$17/hr +

Commission Expected First-Year Earnings:

$55,000-$95,000+ Digital / Online Sales Representative for garment decoration. We custom embroider garments and need a sales representative for custom embroidery. We also sell embroidery equipment, supplies, accessories, and support services. Of which candidate will also have opportunity to sell for additional commissions. Online presence and sales will bring higher volume sales so, we require a rep with online sales experience and some digital marketing skills.

www.embroideru.com www.theembroiderywarehouse.com www.plrelectronics.com We are hiring a sales representative for: custom embroidery sales embroidery machine sales embroidery supplies and accessories sales This position is primarily inside sales with customer communication, lead follow-up, quoting, CRM management, and (light) walk-in customer assistance. Most of our sales will be online based, phone, email, social networks, etc Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries Follow up on quotes and open opportunities Sell customer embroidery, garments, embroidery machines, embroidery supplies, accessories, and related products Assist customers with product selection and ordering Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM Create and route Zendesk tickets when needed Work with the marketing team on promotions and social media. Assist with creating raw content for our editors and marketing staff Assist walk-in customers Coordinate with sales, service, and support teams Help create digital content for our social network Compensation Base pay: $15-$17/hr depending on experience 10% commission on embroidery goods sales revenue 1% commission on embroidery machine and related sales revenue Additional commission opportunities available Weekly Sales Expectations $40,000+ weekly embroidery machine sales $10,000+ weekly embroidery goods and supplies sales Requirements Sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using CRM systems and email Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and follow-through Preferred Experience Embroidery industry experience Apparel decorating knowledge Embroidery machine experience Zoho CRM experience Zendesk experience Social media familiarity This role is best suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working directly with customers throughout the sales process.
