Employee Pay:

$40,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Expected Earnings:

$60,000-$120,000+ per year based on performance Job Summary TK Roofing & Restoration is hiring a Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative to help grow our residential roofing business in the DFW area. No roofing experience is required, but prior experience in door-to-door sales, outside sales, roofing, solar, pest control, construction, real estate, or home services is preferred. This is a field-based sales role for someone who is motivated, coachable, and comfortable talking to homeowners. Compensation $40,000 base salary Uncapped commission 3% commission on company-supported closed jobs 5% commission on self-generated closed jobs after training Commissions paid on completed and collected jobs Opportunity for growth based on performance Responsibilities Knock doors in assigned DFW neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about roofing services Generate roof inspection appointments Follow up with homeowners by phone, text, and email Learn how to identify and document roof damage Safely climb ladders and assist with roof inspections Enter notes, photos, and job information into AccuLynx Represent the company professionally and ethically Requirements No prior roofing experience required Must be comfortable knocking doors and talking to homeowners Must be comfortable working outdoors Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license required Strong communication and follow-up skills Must be coachable and willing to follow a sales process Must be located in or near the DFW area What We Provide Paid training AccuLynx CRM Company phone system Office and production support Sales materials Professional company branding Clear commission structure
