This position is responsible for meeting with homeowners, understanding their project needs, presenting bathroom and flooring solutions, building trust, and closing high-quality remodeling sales. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, organized, and experienced in residential remodeling, flooring, bathroom renovations, or in-home sales. This person must be comfortable visiting customers' homes, measuring project areas, discussing design options, explaining the value of our services, and guiding customers from consultation to signed agreement. Key Responsibilities Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations for bathroom remodels, flooring projects, showers, tile, cabinets, countertops, and related interior remodeling services. Evaluate the customer's needs, project goals, budget, timeline, and expectations. Present DFW Restorations Enterprise's services in a professional and trustworthy manner. Measure project areas and gather accurate job details, photos, notes, and customer information. Educate customers on product options, installation process, timelines, quality standards, and the benefits of working with our company. Prepare, present, and follow up on estimates and proposals. Close sales and secure signed agreements, deposits, and required project documentation. Work closely with project managers, estimators, office staff, and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale. Maintain consistent communication with customers before, during, and after the sales process. Update customer notes, lead status, follow-up activity, and job information in the company system. Follow up with open estimates, past leads, referral opportunities, and customers who have not yet made a decision. Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, punctuality, and strong customer service. Services You Will Sell Bathroom remodeling Walk-in showers Tub-to-shower conversions Shower tile and bathroom tile installation Flooring replacement Luxury vinyl plank, engineered wood, tile, and laminate flooring Kitchen and interior remodeling upgrades Drywall, paint, trim, baseboards, and related repairs Restoration-related reconstruction when applicable Ideal Candidate The right candidate should have strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and the discipline to follow up until the deal is closed. We are looking for someone who understands how to sell value, not just price. This role is a strong fit for someone who has experience in: Home improvement sales Bathroom remodeling sales Flooring sales Kitchen and bath design Restoration or reconstruction sales Roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or other in-home sales Real estate, property management, or construction sales Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement, remodeling, flooring, bathroom remodeling, or construction. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners. Comfortable discussing pricing, project scope, payment terms, and deposits. Ability to measure rooms, review project details, and gather accurate job information. Must be organized, dependable, and punctual. Must be able to follow up consistently with customers and open leads. Basic computer, phone, email, and CRM skills required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Professional appearance and positive attitude required. Bilingual is a plus, but not required. Compensation Competitive commission structure with strong earning potential, and base pay.
