What You'll Be Doing:

Direct Outreach:

Engaging with potential clients through targeted door-to-door canvassing to identify auto hail damage repair needs.

Targeted Storm Maps:

We leverage our agency resources to provide advanced weather mapping so you are knocking exactly where the hail hit the hardest.

Consultative Sales:

Explaining the cashless PDR process and insurance benefits clearly and confidently to vehicle owners.

Pipeline Development:

Building a robust pipeline of leads and managing accounts from the initial knock to the final vehicle delivery with our partner shops.

Skills & Requirements:

Vehicle Requirement (Mandatory): You MUST have a valid Driver's License and your own reliable personal vehicle to navigate your assigned territory.

Sales Drive:

Proven ability or a strong, hungry desire to learn outside sales and direct-to-home (D2D) sales. Zero PDR experience required—our agency will train you to be the best!

Resilience:
