This is a field-based sales position where you'll meet directly with homeowners through company-provided appointments. No cold calling. No door knocking. No sitting behind a desk. Just quality conversations with interested homeowners and a proven process designed to help you succeed. Whether you're experienced in sales or looking to break into a high-income opportunity, we'll provide the training, support, and appointments needed to get started. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments Conduct property evaluations and identify termite-related concerns Educate homeowners on available treatment and protection options Present recommendations and guide customers through the decision-making process Build trust through professionalism and excellent customer service Follow up with prospective customers as needed Maintain accurate records and communication throughout the sales process What We Provide Pre-scheduled appointments provided by the company No cold calling required In house training and field development Ongoing coaching and mentorship Proven sales systems and support Flexible scheduling opportunities Advancement opportunities into leadership roles Compensation 100% commission-based position Average earnings of $1,500+ per week Top performers regularly earn $2,000+ per week Uncapped earning potential Performance-based income with no ceiling What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable meeting with customers face-to-face Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Sales, roofing, solar, pest control, HVAC, home improvement, automotive sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Source Termite Solutions?
