Rental Coordinator - Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

Zimmerer Kubota is seeking a driven, customer-focused Rental Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on owning a large and expanding rental fleet, building strong customer relationships, and growing the business through a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Renting Short-Term Rental Equipment:

Actively engage in making sales calls, both in person and by phone, to promote our rental services. Provide customers with detailed information about our products, including usage, pricing, and availability. Assist customers in locating the appropriate equipment for their specific job requirements. Deliver outstanding customer service to cultivate long-lasting business relationships.

Establishing New Rental Customers:

Proactively seek out opportunities to expand our customer base and grow rental revenue. Assist potential customers with the Credit Application process to establish new rental accounts.

Managing Rental Inventory:

Ensuring that all units are returned on time and that all contracts are closed and collected on accuratley.

Contract Management:

Consistently calling on customers to either extend, upsell, or return the rental unit if the cover date on the rental contract is coming to an end.

Fleet Maintenance:

Ability to track and stay on top of fleet maintenance, ensuring that all the assets are kept up to date on preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales in the equipment rental industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with rental equipment and its various applications is highly desirable. Valid driver's license.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary with experience. Commission structure based on individual performance and rental sales volume.

$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
