Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Typical First-Year Earnings:
$60,000 to $120,000+ At Summit Pool Works, we deliver premium pool care to homeowners across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Our mission is simple:
Clear Water. Higher Standards. We're hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners simplify pool ownership through our recurring weekly service plans. This is a door-to-door sales role focused exclusively on neighborhoods with identified pool owners. You'll represent a premium service with a straightforward sales process and a strong value proposition.
What You'll Do:
Canvass targeted neighborhoods throughout DFW Build relationships with homeowners Offer complimentary pool water tests when appropriate Present service options and pricing Generate quotes using our mobile platform Close new accounts and hand customers off to our service team No scheduling, servicing, or account management responsibilities. Once the customer signs up, our operations team takes over.
Compensation:
$250 commission for every new weekly service account sold $500 per week training pay during your first two weeks Paid biweekly Uncapped earning potential Top performers consistently earn $2,000+ per week.
What We're Looking For:
Door-to-door or outside sales experience preferred Background in solar, roofing, pest control, alarms, internet, or home services is a plus Professional appearance and strong communication skills Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license If you're looking for a simple sale, uncapped income, and a company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, apply today.
