Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, TX About Platinum Roofing & Retrofit Platinum Roofing & Retrofit is a family owned licensed roofing contractor specializing in residential and commercial roof replacements, repairs, and insurance restoration since 1997. We're expanding into the DFW market and looking for experienced sales reps who know how to knock doors and close insurance jobs. What You'll Do Knock doors in targeted DFW neighborhoods to generate new roofing leads Identify hail, wind, and storm damage and educate homeowners on the insurance claims process Walk homeowners through the insurance restoration process from initial inspection to claim approval Follow up on company-provided leads in addition to self-generated opportunities Coordinate with our project management team once a job is signed Meet or exceed weekly sales targets What We're Looking For Proven door-to-door sales experience — roofing, solar, pest control, or home services preferred Familiarity with the homeowner insurance claims process (Xactimate, ACV/RCV, supplement basics a plus) Experience working DFW or surrounding markets strongly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently without supervision Compensation 100% commission — no salary, no hourly pay Competitive commission structure paid per signed contract Company-provided leads available in addition to self-generated business Earning potential: $60,000-$150,000+/year depending on performance 1099 independent contractor position Why Join Us DFW is one of the most active hail and storm damage markets in the country — the opportunity is real Access to both warm company leads and your own pipeline Supportive team that helps you close, not just hand you a clipboard Fast pay cycle once jobs are completed To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about your sales background.
