NOW HIRING - EXPERIENCED ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVES
McAdams Roofing | DFW Area McAdams Roofing is actively hiring experienced roofing sales professionals who want high earning potential, strong leadership, and a company focused on long-term reputation over high-volume chaos. This is NOT an entry-level training position. Minimum 1 year roofing sales experience required.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year roofing sales experience Reliable transportation Ability to climb roofs & ladders Strong communication & customer service skills Self-motivated & professional Positive attitude & strong work ethic
Preferred:
DFW roofing market experience Insurance claim knowledge Experience generating self-sourced business & referrals •Experience running leads
Compensation:
Commission-based, Top performers earn 300k+.
