Job Description

Private Event & Wedding Sales Coordinator The Private Event & Wedding Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating event revenue and positioning the Club as one of Fort Worth's premier destinations for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate functions, and social events. This role is heavily focused on driving wedding sales through proactive lead generation, community engagement, strategic marketing, bridal industry networking, and exceptional client relationship management. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating memorable event experiences, and actively promoting the Club throughout the Fort Worth community. This position serves as an ambassador for the Club, representing the venue at wedding shows, community events, networking functions, and industry gatherings to increase visibility and generate new business opportunities. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Accountable for achieving the Club's private event revenue goals, with a primary focus on weddings, wedding-related events, and social celebrations. Actively prospect, generate, and convert new wedding and private event leads through outbound sales efforts, networking, referrals, social media engagement, and community outreach. Conduct venue tours for prospective wedding and event clients, showcasing the Club's facilities, amenities, waterfront setting, and event capabilities. Attend local bridal shows, wedding expos, chamber events, networking functions, and community events to promote the Club and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, photographers, florists, entertainment companies, event vendors, and other hospitality professionals. Develop and execute quarterly sales and marketing plans focused on increasing wedding bookings, event revenue, and overall Club visibility. Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns through social media platforms, email marketing, digital advertising, and community partnerships. Design promotional materials, advertisements, event flyers, social media graphics, and marketing collateral using Canva and other digital marketing tools. Manage the Club's social media presence by creating engaging content that highlights weddings, events, member experiences, dining, and Club amenities. Track, qualify, and manage all event leads through the sales process, from initial inquiry through contract execution. Work closely with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director to develop profitable, competitive, and innovative event menus that meet client expectations. Effectively communicate event details to all Club departments to ensure flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences. Partner with the Membership Department to identify opportunities for membership growth through private event and wedding clientele. Utilize yield management and pricing strategies to maximize event revenue and profitability. Maintain accurate sales reports, lead tracking, event forecasting, and revenue projections. About You 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals, preferably in wedding sales, hospitality, private clubs, hotels, catering, or event venues. Experience developing new business through prospecting, lead generation, networking, referrals, and community involvement. Strong understanding of wedding sales, event planning, and client relationship management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, social media platforms, CRM systems, Social Tables, and Banquet Event Order software. Knowledge of the Fort Worth wedding, hospitality, and event market preferred. Experience creating and executing social media and marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.
