Duties Assist customers in selecting and purchasing liquor products by offering knowledgeable recommendations and product demos. Maintain attractive merchandising displays to highlight featured products and promotions. Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure all products are properly labeled and faced to maximize sales potential. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts. Upsell additional products or promotions to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue. Ensure compliance with all legal age restrictions and store policies during sales transactions. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, managing phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and fostering a welcoming environment. Experience Prior retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or specialty beverage shops. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions. Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to boost sales. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer engagement. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and grocery store operations is advantageous.
