We run a high-end, appointment-only studio focused on exceptional client experience, not mall-photo volume. What you'll do: Lead 5-10 in-studio sales consultations per day Guide families through selecting wall art and collections Follow a proven step-by-step sales process Hit clear weekly targets for AOV and close rate Detailed order taking for production Attend weekly training and role-play sessions What we're looking for: 3+ years in-person consultative sales (jewelry, furniture, luxury retail, etc.) Comfortable discussing $5,000-$10,000+ purchases Coachable, loves following a playbook Consistent Friday-Sunday availability

Compensation:
