Job Description

METAL BUILDING SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE
Trusted and growing custom metal building company in North Texas is seeking a Metal Building Sales Representative to join their team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and guiding clients through the entire building process—from initial consultation and design to project completion. The company specializes in 100% custom metal buildings, serving residential, commercial, garage, farm & ranch, and specialty building customers. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and capable of building long-term relationships while helping clients bring their vision to life. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $40,000-$60,000 plus commission. Successful sales representatives are consistently earning $100,000+ annually. Full benefits package offered.
Metal Building Sales Representative Skills and Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience in metal buildings, construction, building materials, or a related industry Strong relationship-building and customer service skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously Knowledge of metal building systems, agricultural buildings, commercial construction, or residential construction preferred
Metal Building Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:
Generate and develop new business opportunities throughout the North Texas market Meet with prospective customers to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and referral partners Follow up on leads and actively manage sales opportunities through the pipeline
