You will assist customers both in person and via phone, providing expert advice on plumbing products, renovation projects, and layout design. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help us deliver exceptional service while promoting our comprehensive product offerings. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their plumbing needs, offering tailored product recommendations and solutions. Conduct product demos and explain features of plumbing fixtures, and remodeling materials to enhance customer experience. Assist clients with layout design, sketchUp or CAD drawings for renovation or remodeling projects. Upsell complementary products such as fixtures, or maintenance supplies to maximize sales opportunities. Manage account relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and account management strategies. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cashing out, and maintain proper stock levels through merchandising and stocking activities. Collaborate with marketing initiatives to promote high-end sales campaigns and improve overall store merchandising. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, retail sales, or outside sales within the plumbing, renovation, or construction industries. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Knowledge of SketchUp, CAD software, layout design, and remodeling processes to assist with technical consultations. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and customer service excellence to foster repeat business. Familiarity with retail math, POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising standards. Organizational skills that enable efficient stock management and product demos while maintaining a welcoming environment. Basic math skills for estimating project costs and managing retail transactions effectively. Job Type:

Full-time Plumbing experience preferred, but not required. Pay will be depending on experience. $40-$50K per year depending on experience level. Monday-Friday 7:30 am until 4:30 pm. Weekends and Holidays off Job seekers with a felony conviction will not be considered
