Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR)

Casper Dental Corp. is hiring a motivated, bilingual, sales-driven professional to join our growing outreach team. We are looking for someone energetic, confident, and hungry to grow. Someone who can walk into local businesses, build relationships, and help expand our dental membership program throughout the Dallas community. This is an outside sales / field outreach position focused on connecting with small business owners face-to-face. What You'll Do Visit local businesses daily on assigned routes Build relationships with business owners Present our affordable dental membership program Generate leads and close enrollments Represent our company professionally in the community Track outreach activity and results What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish

REQUIRED
