Cars For All•309 West Ave. B, Garland, TX Cars For All is looking for an experienced, motivated, and professional Senior Used Car Sales Representative to join our growing team! If you have dealership sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the drive to make serious money, we want to hear from you.
WHAT WE OFFER
$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS (Paid after 90 days of employment)
PAY PLAN & EARNING POTENTIAL
Monthly income potential: $4,000•$10,000+ Competitive commission structure Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within the dealership
REQUIREMENTS
Previous dealership automotive sales experience
REQUIRED
Fluent in BOTH English & Spanish Strong communication and closing skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers through the entire car buying process Build and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up with leads and previous customers Stay knowledgeable on inventory and financing options Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
