Position Overview We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Community Partnership Ambassador to connect with local businesses and introduce our dental membership program, Clerri. This role focuses on building relationships with business owners, identifying opportunities, and helping employees gain access to affordable dental benefits. Responsibilities Visit local businesses throughout Dallas on assigned routes Introduce our dental membership program to business owners and managers Build professional relationships within the community Generate qualified leads and referrals Assist interested businesses with enrollment opportunities Maintain records of daily visits and outreach activities Represent Casper Dental Corp. in a professional manner Compensation Hourly + Bonuses Performance-based bonuses for leads, enrollments, and goal achievement Growth opportunities within the organization Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable meeting new people and working independently Sales, outreach, customer service, or community engagement experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Why Join Us?
