An understanding of HVAC system components is a plus but not required. The position offers commission for system upgrades. Duties Engage with customers to schedule approved component replacements Discussing options with the customers for improving the operation of their HVAC system and recommending system replacements or additional items to improve efficiency. Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and data entry within our CRM system. Manage call center operations by handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation Experience in outbound calling, client services, or customer service roles that require active listening and analysis skills Join us as an Inside Sales Representative if you're passionate about connecting with people, driving sales growth, and delivering outstanding service.
