Job Description

We are looking to add an outside sales representative to sell our durable labels and die cutting product lines. The ideal candidate for this position will have background and training in outside sales and service and reside in Dallas, Fort Worth Texas. We are looking for a self-starter who wants to build a career with a family-owned company. We don't micro-manage, however we do train and give our people the resources they need to be successful. You will be working with a strong team of highly motivated team members working to be the best in the label industry. We are looking for smart hard-working people to help us grow our company from $40m to $80m in sales annually. In this position, you will start with a small base of existing customers. While we expect this person to do some of their own prospecting, we have a system to feed new leads to your pipeline. This person will be calling on purchasing, sourcing, engineering and R&D departments inside these manufacturers. Typical contacts include purchasing agents and managers, mechanical engineers and engineering managers and also R&D engineers and managers. You will report to our Garland office, receive on-going sales training, excellent marketing support and be assisted by our office and support staff.
Qualifications:
High energy, hardworking and smart Strong presentation skills Proven record of success in B2B outside sales and service or equivalent achievements College degree preferred with some training and/or education in sales.
