Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as a Used Car Sales Specialist, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing high-quality pre-owned vehicles, and closing sales that meet both customer needs and dealership goals. Responsibilities Engage with prospective buyers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital outreach to generate interest in used vehicles Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, financing options, and warranty packages to close deals effectively Manage the sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties, accessories, or maintenance plans to maximize dealership revenue Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure all vehicle listings are current and appealing to customers Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring a smooth buying process Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication and public speaking abilities Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer bases are highly desirable Strong organizational skills for managing multiple leads and maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems to streamline sales processes Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies is a plus for corporate fleet or dealership partnerships Skilled in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and marketing outreach to generate new business opportunities Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport with clients over the phone or in person Familiarity with automotive inventory control, retail math, and dealership operations is preferred Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing and financing options Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Used Car Sales Specialist where your energy fuels success!
