Job Description
Join the growing team at Havard Roofing & Construction. We are looking for motivated, professional individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to build relationships, generate sales, and help customers through the construction process from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a company that values professionalism, communication, and teamwork. Responsibilities Generate and develop new residential and commercial sales opportunities Conduct property inspections and assess damages Meet with homeowners, property managers, and business owners Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project process Assist customers with insurance claim and restoration process when applicable Create estimates, collect documentation/photos, and maintain organized job files Coordinate with office staff, suppliers, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution Perform job site visits and maintain communication from initial contact through project completion Represent the company professionally in the community and on job sites Experience & Qualifications Previous sales, construction, roofing, or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to manage schedules, follow up with customers, and stay organized Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders when necessary Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Experience with insurance restoration or roofing sales is a plus Compensation & Benefits Commission-based position with uncapped earning potential Expected earnings range based on performance and production Training and support provided Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth within a growing company Why Join Our Team?
