Job Description

The Birthday Party Sales Representative is responsible for driving party sales, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that every guest celebration is easy to plan and full of fun. This role combines sales, customer service, and event coordination to deliver exceptional birthday experiences from the first phone call to the final thank you. Key Responsibilities Respond within 24 hours to all birthday party inquiries via phone, email, in-person visits, and online inquiries (leads). Actively sell birthday party packages and upgrades. Reach out to assigned leads by phone and email to generate new bookings and maintain ongoing communication with potential guests. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate party details with customers and internal teams. Provide detailed event information and recommendations to guests to ensure a smooth experience. Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer communications in the CRM. Communicate with operations prior to parties to ensure a seamless transition between sales and operations. Collaborate with marketing and management to promote special offers and seasonal campaigns. Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve the guest experience. Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, event coordination, or call center experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up on leads Ability to multitask and manage multiple party bookings in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with computers, email, scheduling systems, and CRM software Ability to work independently while also collaborating with operations and management teams Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude Ability to remain professional and solution-oriented in high-volume situations Preferred Qualifications Experience in entertainment, attractions, family entertainment centers, or event venues Experience meeting sales goals or performance metrics Knowledge of party planning or event coordination
