In this energetic role, you will actively engage with clients, develop new business opportunities, and manage key accounts to ensure our flooring solutions meet the diverse needs of commercial and retail clients. Your proactive approach and technical knowledge will help us expand our market presence while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, client meetings, and product demonstrations to showcase flooring materials and solutions Manage existing accounts through regular follow-ups, upselling, and providing tailored product recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty Lead territory management efforts by analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and generating leads through various marketing channels Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress effectively Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close deals that align with company objectives while ensuring customer needs are met Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance product visibility and drive demand in target markets Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the flooring or building materials industry Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight efficiently Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales approaches Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset Ability to conduct product demos effectively and explain technical specifications clearly to clients Analysis skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales initiatives Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required Join us as a Flooring Material Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-quality flooring solutions while building lasting client relationships.
