In this role, you will leverage your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and B2B sales to identify, engage, and secure valuable vehicle acquisitions. Your multilingual skills and exceptional communication abilities will enable you to connect with diverse dealership partners and clients across various markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact in the automotive industry by expanding our inventory with premium vehicles through innovative sales strategies and relationship management. Responsibilities Contact and follow up with KBB leads in a timely manner. Schedule customer appointments for vehicle appraisals. Assist customers with the vehicle trade-in and selling process. Explain the KBB Instant Cash Offer program and dealership benefits. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM. Work closely with the sales and management teams to acquire quality inventory. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the process. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end automotive sales, preferably within dealership environments or retail settings. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication across diverse markets. Familiarity with CRM software platforms used for sales pipeline management and customer relationship tracking. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations at industry events or client meetings. Knowledge of automotive inventory management, retail math, and inventory control processes is advantageous.
