This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic management. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills in construction, experience in B2B sales, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales, marketing, and management to drive company growth and achieve sales targets. There is a base pay plus commission. Company vehicle or vehicle allowance, with fuel card and toll tag. Company cell phone and computer. Company apparel and safety equipment. Duties Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, job sites and market research Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools Build and nurture strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and ongoing account management Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement Provide feedback from clients to help shape product development and marketing strategies Experience Proven experience in outside construction sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of sales processes including lead generation, cold calling, jobsite visits, negotiation, and closing deals Scaffolding sales and/or construction sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Prior experience in construction sales or scaffolding sales is beneficial but not required Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
