Inside Sales Representatives Location:
Grand Prairie Pay:
$20 hr - $24 hr DOE (potential commission upon full-time, permanent employment)
Shift:
1st 8a - 5p (M-F) Our client is seeking an Territory Sales Representative that is highly self-motivated and who is passionate about safety product and the importance of keeping the work force safe while they are on the job. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for selling quality personal protective equipment to businesses and to assigned customers in a competitive market and be responsible for learning, promoting, marketing, and selling our branded products. Must be willing to prospect and find new opportunities and grow existing customer accounts. Must be a team-oriented individual with a desire for personal achievement, have a competitive personality and have strong closing skills. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships, generating and growing sales and sales gross profit from customers. Previous sales experience, negotiating, closing, and account management is a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business by making outbound phone calls
  • Overcome sales objections by offering solutions
  • Negotiate selling price to increase margins
  • Communicate clearly
  • Build instant rapport
  • Understand customers and prospects, and identify their needs to create sales opportunities

Requirements:
