Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs through engaging product demonstrations. Conduct product demos to showcase features, benefits, and usage tips, ensuring customers feel confident in their purchases. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly. Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive shopping experience. Manage merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting for shoppers. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts. Maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments. Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities considered a plus. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions. Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math principles. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette.
