Duties Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Drive company vehicles along designated routes, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise and materials Conduct route driving efficiently while maintaining safety standards and adhering to traffic laws Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction Perform heavy lifting when handling merchandise, ensuring proper merchandising and stock organization Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route deliveries, and customer interactions Organize daily schedules, plan routes effectively, and ensure timely completion of all deliveries and visits Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with strong communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Knowledge of pricing strategies and basic math skills for transactions and calculations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during merchandise handling Familiarity with merchandising practices and route driving logistics Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, deliveries, and customer data Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork mindset Join us as a Sales Representative if you're passionate about connecting with people, driving sales growth, and delivering outstanding service.
