We're looking for driven , self-motivated individuals ready to build a high-income career in roofing sales. This role starts with door-to-door prospecting and quickly transitions into a strong referral-based business as you build your pipeline and reputation.

What You'll Do:

Generate customers through door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods Inspect roofs and educate homeowners on damage and replacement options Guide customers through the insurance claims process. Build referral relationships to reduce reliance on door to door contacts. Manage your pipeline and close deals from start to finish

Who We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Self-starter with a high level of motivation, discipline and integrity Previous Sales experience is required , for example: Prior Roofing sales Solar sales Pest control sales Automotive sales Fitness/Gym membership sales / Personal Trainers Exterior Home Services (Painting, Windows, etc.)
