Full Job Description SUMMARY:
This position contributes to Cacique Sales' success by collaborating with the sales and internal cross functional teams to drive revenue growth and deliver key business goals. This position supports the sales team by coordinating and optimizing sales processes, facilitating reporting and sales communications, assisting in data analysis, and providing operational support to the sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Sales Planning team in maintaining Trade Promotion Management system (BluePlanner) to generate customer sales forecasts and trade promotion plans Create, maintain and communicate all reporting for the retail sales team Develop and maintain business review documents to serve both our Sales and Retail Sales Teams Pull reporting dashboards to track all relevant KPIs such as volume, revenue, margin, and market share Maintenance and distribution of sales team materials Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms, to include internal and third-party data management systems Leverage analytical tools to provide sales team and management with reporting and insights Leverage available tools and processes while seeking ways to deliver continual improvement in the processes that deliver best-in-class results
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business or economics or minimum three (3) years of Sales Operations or related experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook with intermediate to advanced functions in Excel & PowerPoint Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, work cross-functionally, and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills, team player, excellent written communication skills, and ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format Ability to find unique and creative ways to add value by driving efficiencies in sales processes and reporting Analytical thinking and problem-solving, attention to detail and data accuracy
