We specialize in utility trailers, dump trailers, equipment trailers, cargo trailers, truck beds, and commercial fleet solutions. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who wants to build a career and earn an exceptional income. If you are competitive, driven, and enjoy helping customers find the right solution, we want to talk to you. Job Duties Assist customers in selecting the right trailer or truck bed for their needs Respond to internet leads, phone calls, walk-in traffic, Facebook Marketplace inquiries, and customer referrals Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process Present financing and rent-to-own options Maintain product knowledge on trailers, truck beds, and accessories Create purchase agreements and sales paperwork Coordinate trailer deliveries and customer pickups Generate repeat business and referrals Assist with inventory organization and lot presentation Build relationships with local businesses, contractors, farmers, and fleet customers Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred Trailer, automotive, RV, powersports, equipment, or construction industry experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable using phones, text messaging, email, and social media Ability to work weekends when needed Valid driver's license required Compensation Base Salary + Commission Monthly Bonuses Unlimited Earning Potential What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate follows up consistently, builds relationships, and understands that sales is a numbers game. They are comfortable making calls, sending texts, following up on leads, and asking for the sale. We are looking for someone who wants to earn more than just an hourly wage and is excited by performance-based compensation.
