Sales Representative - AT&T Authorized Dealer About the Role We are currently hiring a Retail Sales Representative to represent AT&T inside major retail locations. In this role, you will engage with customers face-to-face, educate them on AT&T products and services, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. This is a customer-facing position focused on relationship-building, brand representation, and sales within a retail environment. Representatives work directly with shoppers in high-traffic retail locations and receive ongoing training and support from experienced leaders. Key Responsibilities Represent AT&T products and services inside assigned retail locations Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner Educate customers on current promotions, wireless plans, internet services, and product offerings Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Complete enrollments and required sales documentation accurately Maintain a positive and professional brand image Work collaboratively with team members and leadership What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Outgoing, motivated, and team-oriented personality Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Dependable and professional attitude Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits Weekly base pay and uncapped commission Performance-based bonuses and incentives Paid training and ongoing mentorship Clear advancement opportunities from within Supportive and team-driven culture Work Environment This is a retail, face-to-face sales position located inside major retail stores.
