Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-5:30
PM Pay:
$14-$15/hour (DOE) + 3-5% commission + vehicle allowance This is a great opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused individual who enjoys working independently and meeting with clients. Paid training is provided for approximately one month. Responsibilities Travel to residential and commercial customer locations within a 60-mile radius of Killeen using your own vehicle. Consult with customers to recommend blinds and shutter solutions. Take measurements, provide quotes, and explain product options. Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads. Represent the company professionally throughout the sales process. Qualifications Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license. Ability to travel locally throughout the workday. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Sales experience is preferred. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented. Benefits Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off. $14-$15/hour based on experience. 3-5% commission potential. Vehicle allowance for travel expenses.
