Full-Time Job Summary Swagelok Southeast Texas is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support sales growth across existing and new customer accounts. This role is responsible for building customer relationships, developing opportunities, promoting Swagelok products and services, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with Customer Service, Technical Services, Marketing Communications, and outside sales teams to deliver exceptional customer support and service excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through proactive outreach Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and leads Promote Swagelok products, services, and Assembly Solutions Prepare and manage quotes through SAP business systems Maintain opportunities and customer activity within Salesforce Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs and order fulfillment Participate in onboarding, product training, and professional development Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent related sales experience Minimum 3 years of sales, customer service, or related industry experience Industrial distribution, manufacturing, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas experience preferred SAP and Salesforce experience a plus Required Skills and Competencies Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and customer focus Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Why Join Swagelok Southeast Texas Swagelok Southeast Texas is a Certified Great Place to Work® and an industry leader in fluid system solutions.
