Job Description

Job Summary Wild Oak Homes builds modern farmhouse new construction across Central Texas, and we're growing. We're hiring a full-time onsite New Home Sales Consultant for our Heritage Woods community in the La Vernia area. Here's what makes this different from most sales jobs: we generate the leads. You're not starting cold or buying your own prospects. Your job is to work the pipeline we hand you, build real relationships with local agents, and turn interest into signed contracts and homeowners who love where they live. If you're good on the phone and good with people, we'll keep you busy. Duties Serve as the face of the community onsite five days a week, welcoming prospective buyers and walking them through our homes, plans, and available lots Call and follow up consistently with company-provided leads — we keep the pipeline full, you keep it moving Proactively reach out to local real estate agents to introduce our plans, communities, pricing, and co-op incentives Guide buyers through the entire new-home journey: plan and lot selection, design selections, financing referrals, and contract to close Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and competitive offerings to effectively position properties and maximize sales opportunities. Keep the model home and sales space presentation-ready Log activity, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications Real estate agent experience OR new home sales experience (required) An active real estate license is NOT required Confident and comfortable on the phone — outbound calling to both leads and agents is a core, daily part of this role Self-motivated, organized, and genuinely personable Available to work weekends (this is when buyers shop) Professional appearance and reliable transportation Local to or able to commute reliably to the La Vernia area Schedule Full-time, onsite, 5 days per week One weekend day off and one weekday off — weekend availability is required, since weekends are our busiest sales days Compensation & benefits Small base salary with generous commission structure PTO, health insurance benefits and 401k plans offered Why Wild Oak Homes You'll be selling a product you can stand behind — well-built modern farmhouse homes with finishes and features buyers actually want, in communities that are filling up.
