What You'll Do:
Hunt for
New Business:
Actively prospect and visit local businesses—including warehouses, hotels, financial institutions, and other industries—to pitch our staffing services and secure new accounts. Be the
Face of Nextaff:
Represent our brand with confidence, professionalism, and a deep understanding of what we offer. You'll be the trusted first impression for our potential clients.
Build Relationships That Last:
Nurture strong, ongoing partnerships with both new and existing clients. Stay in regular contact to understand their staffing needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Bridge the
Gap:
Serve as the key communication point between the client and our internal recruiting team—making sure client needs are clearly understood and addressed promptly.
Know Your Stuff:
Stay sharp on what we do, who we staff, and how we do it better than the rest. You'll be expected to clearly and confidently explain our services, pricing, and value proposition.
Track Your Success:
Maintain organized records of client meetings, prospects, and opportunities using CRM tools and reporting systems.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management A people-person who can start a conversation anywhere and turn it into a lasting business relationship Confidence and charisma, paired with professionalism and strong communication skills Solid understanding of client needs and the ability to translate those into staffing solutions Self-starter with strong time management skills and a results-driven mindset Willingness to be out in the field, meeting clients and building our presence face-to-face Basic tech-savviness (Email, Microsoft Office, Excel) Why Join Nextaff?
