Banking Sales Specialist -
Banking & Financial Services Sales Pay:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Full-Time | Onsite What you'll do:
  • Build strong relationships with members by providing personalized financial solutions and excellent service
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell banking products and services based on member needs
  • Meet or exceed branch sales goals and performance targets
  • Open and manage new consumer and business accounts while educating members on available offerings
  • Participate in local outreach and business development efforts to grow partnerships
  • Support relationships with Select Employer Groups (SEGs)
  • Promote a high-performance, member-focused culture within the branch
  • Collaborate with team members and provide guidance through effective communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Use established service and sales models to deliver a seamless member experience
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, including upselling, cross-selling, or performance-based metrics
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in recommending financial products and services
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of banking and financial products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing, and basic computer navigation
  • Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
