Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Jr. Business Development/Customer Service Specialist with 2 years of similar experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our growing company. Your enthusiasm to help guide our customers on their initial contact and your commitment to giving exceptional customer service will make you a success in this job. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your business development and customer service skills, and contribute to our expanding market presence. Responsibilities Greet initial contacts from our prospective clients and guiding them on the right path to solve their needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions Utilize our software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines accurately Support marketing initiatives by following up on inbound inquiries and assisting in outreach campaigns to expand our customer base Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring seamless communication between clients and operational teams Experience Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential Familiarity with CRM software or other CRM tools is a plus Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written Proven track record of inbound calling success and building rapport with clients Customer service experience that highlights patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to leverage them for lead generation is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your proactive approach can make a real impact!
