Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to meet our customers' needs. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand our customer portfolio Develop tailored sales strategies that align with client needs and company objectives, ensuring successful negotiations and deal closures Manage existing accounts proactively by providing exceptional account management, fostering long-term partnerships, and upselling additional solutions Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase the value of our offerings Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility in the marketplace Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining professionalism and integrity Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or technical sales environments Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and efficiently Demonstrated success in business development and account management roles Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes for strategic planning Experience in marketing strategies that support sales growth, including warm calling techniques and lead generation tactics Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in a fast-paced setting Clean driving record and valid drivers license Join us as an Outside Sales Executive and become a vital part of a vibrant team committed to innovation, growth, and excellence.
