In this fast-paced hospitality environment, you will support daily sales efforts, coordinate group and corporate bookings, and ensure smooth communication between guests, clients, and hotel departments. Your organization, attention to detail, and proactive customer service approach will help strengthen client relationships, grow local business partnerships, and maximize revenue opportunities for the hotel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere, and is passionate about delivering exceptional Hilton hospitality experiences. Duties Support the hotel's sales efforts by assisting with prospecting, lead generation, and account management for corporate, group, and local business clients. Coordinate group room blocks, negotiated rates, and client communications to help secure new business and maximize occupancy at the 120-room property. Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to guest and client inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, and assisting with reservation and event-related details. Utilize Hilton systems and CRM platforms to manage sales activities, track leads, maintain client accounts, and generate reports for strategic planning and revenue growth. Conduct local market research to identify new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, sports teams, SMERF business, and community partnerships. Support upselling opportunities by promoting additional hotel services, premium room options, and extended stay opportunities to existing and prospective clients. Assist with coordinating hotel tours, sales appointments, networking events, and community outreach efforts to increase brand awareness and strengthen relationships within the Lewisville market. Experience Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple accounts and territories efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software such as Delphi or similar platforms for customer relationship management and analysis. Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities to foster long-term client relationships. Knowledge of marketing principles and technology sales is highly desirable.
