This position is approximately 50% inside sales and 50% in-home sales . Half of your week will be spent in our office aggressively following up on unsold estimates, calling past customers, rehashing old opportunities, and generating new revenue. The other half will be spent meeting homeowners in person, running company-provided sales appointments, and closing larger home service projects. This is not a desk job, and it's not a role for someone who needs constant direction. We're looking for someone who can adapt quickly, handle changing priorities, and stay focused on generating revenue regardless of what the day brings. What You'll Do Inside Sales (Approximately 50%) Rehash all unsold estimates and proposals. Follow up with previous customers by phone, text, and email. Generate additional sales from existing opportunities. Overcome objections and close previously lost deals. Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up schedules. Work closely with operations and management to prioritize opportunities. Outside Sales (Approximately 50%) Run company-provided in-home sales appointments.
Present solutions and proposals for:
  • HVAC replacement systems
  • Attic insulation
  • Duct cleaning services
  • Indoor air quality products
  • Bathroom remodeling projects
  • Plumbing upgrades and specialty projects Educate customers on financing and payment options.
Deliver professional presentations and close sales. Additional Responsibilities Assist with commercial sales opportunities and follow-up. Support special sales campaigns and promotion. Build relationships with customers and referral partners. Help identify additional revenue opportunities across all company divisions. Schedule Availability Monday through Saturday as needed (Saturday's are the busiest days) Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Evenings carved out for Rehash Customer appointments, estimates, commercial opportunities, and sales follow-up between in home sales appointments Schedule flexibility is required. Priorities can change quickly based on incoming leads, customer demand, and business needs.
