Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Metal Building Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with customers to design and sell custom metal building solutions for residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial applications. If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced sales environment, this is a great opportunity with strong earning potential. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through calls, online inquiries, referrals, and local networking Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up Consult with customers to understand their building needs, budget, and timeline Recommend and design metal building packages to meet customer specifications Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements Explain product features, materials, warranties, and installation processes Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project flow Track sales activity and customer information in CRM system Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Qualifications Previous experience in sales required (construction or building materials sales preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with pricing, measurements, and basic building specs Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline Ability to build rapport and close deals confidently Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, quoting software) Valid driver's license (for field-based roles) Preferred (But Not Required) Knowledge of metal/steel buildings, carports, barns, workshops, or garages Experience reading basic building drawings or site plans Background in construction, contracting, or building supply sales Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay + commission (high earning potential) Performance bonuses Training and product education provided Opportunities for advancement within a growing company [
