The Company is an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of a complete range of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking and security products. In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Business Development Sales Representative in Lubbock, TX who will specialize in building relationships and selling commercial doors and door products. RESPONSIBILITIES
Business to business sales presentations with industrial and commercial businesses using a consultative sales approach Analyze each customer's door problems; meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of doors and door building related products Promptly follow up to close customer projects and participate in project management when necessary Be responsible for achieving sales objectives Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
