Entry Level Sales & Marketing Trainee

Elevate is hiring on behalf of our client for an exciting Entry-Level Sales & Marketing position in Lubbock, TX. This role focuses on representing charitable organizations through face-to-face fundraising campaigns at pop-up events and retail environments. Key Responsibilities:

Represent nonprofit and charitable campaigns at events and retail locations Engage with the public to raise awareness and secure donations Deliver clear, enthusiastic communication about campaign missions Build positive relationships with supporters and customers Meet and exceed individual and team fundraising goals Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training sessions
