Spirit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a strong lineup of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles while working in a supportive, growth-oriented dealership environment.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and help them find the perfect vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process—from initial greeting to final delivery. Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and financing options. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business. Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall dealership success.
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in automotive sale Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers. A positive, team-oriented attitude and professional appearance. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
